RECORDINGS RELEASE : Host has permission to use Speaker’s likeness, name and words in promotion of the presentation. No tape recording, audio recorders or video recorders may be used without prior written permission of the Speaker. Prior approval of title and photo is requested.
MILEAGE: Mileage reimbursement consistent with the IRS rate of .55 cents per mile is required. This only applies to events located more than one hour from Columbus, Ohio. Please calculate this and have check ready at event.
CANCELLATION: Event cancellation is subject to the following terms:
*Cancellation 30 days or more prior to event - No charge as long as event is rescheduled on a mutually agreed upon date. If date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit is retained by speaker.
*Cancellation 30 days or less prior to event: Deposit is retained. Not only is she a survivor, Ms. Flores is also a degreed professional, professional speaker and considered an Expert in Trafficking. While her message is in great demand, her first priority is to get the story out to people who want to hear it and to those who desire to get involved in a solution. She will work with any organization to be able to bring information on trafficking to them in a fair and equitable arrangement between both parties. Special consideration will be made to non-profits, student organizations, schools and churches. All parts of this contract are negotiable.
Speaker Fees & Deposits:
$1500 - 1-3-hour program
$2000 - Full day
$500 Additional workshop or classroom discussion (1 hour)
$150 Additional night if two events are scheduled on different days
Virtual:
$500 1 hour.
$750 +1 hr
*A deposit of 50% of the speaker fee is required with the return of the signed agreement.
*The remaining balance must be paid via check, onsite upon completion of presentation.
*Travel reimbursement (Mileage, meals etc.) must be paid within 10 business days of the organization receiving receipts from speaker. A late fee of $100 shall be paid by the organization if the speaker fee and/or travel reimbursement is not received within this time.
